Your Mission As our Training & Clinical Operations Manager, you'll become the operational engine behind Just GLO Institute. You'll coordinate training programs, support provider onboarding, help grow enrollment, manage clinical education logistics, and work alongside leadership to launch training programs across the country. This isn't simply a coordinator role. You'll help build the systems, processes, and experiences that support the next generation of aesthetic providers. Key Responsibilities Training & Clinical Coordination Coordinate all Just GLO Institute training programs from planning through execution Manage instructor schedules, course calendars, supplies, equipment, and classroom logistics Support instructors and students throughout every training event Ensure each educational experience reflects the Just GLO standard of excellence Sales & Enrollment for Training Classes Respond to inquiries from nurses interested in aesthetic training Conduct follow-up calls and enrollment conversations Guide prospective students through registration Help fill monthly training classes Support enrollment growth initiatives Institute Operations Coordinate the daily operations of Just GLO Institute Maintain training records and continuing education documentation Manage course scheduling and operational workflows Improve systems that support a growing national education platform Provider GFE Management & Onboarding Support Coordinate Provider GFE Management Assist with provider onboarding and operational readiness Support continuing education and ongoing provider development Help ensure providers have the tools and resources they need for success Monthly Open Houses Coordinate monthly Institute Open House events Contact prospective attendees Manage RSVPs Assist with presentations and event logistics Conduct follow-up communications after each event Nursing School Outreach Develop relationships with nursing schools Coordinate recruitment initiatives Support educational partnerships Introduce future nurses to careers in aesthetic medicine Training Model Coordination Build and maintain our training model database Recruit and schedule models for training classes Coordinate communication and documentation Ensure adequate model coverage for every course Special Projects You'll help lead several exciting growth initiatives, including: Launching Just GLO Institute in five or more new cities Developing standardized Trainer Expectations Guides Creating formalized training pathways with certification levels Building scalable systems that support national expansion Improving the student experience from inquiry through certification Required Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in operations, education, project management, healthcare, or training coordination Exceptional organizational and project management skills Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments Willingness to travel for training events and new city launches Preferred Qualifications Experience in aesthetics, med spa, or healthcare Experience working with nurses or medical providers Experience coordinating educational events or training programs Startup or high-growth company experience CRM or enrollment management experience Why Join Just GLO Institute?
