Job Description
Patient Care Coordinator - Call Center (Full-Time) Our busy ENT practice is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our Call Center team. As the first point of contact for many of our new patients, this role is essential in creating a positive patient experience from the very first interaction. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. Salary is commensurate with experience and education. Essential Responsibilities Answer a high volume of incoming patient calls in a courteous and professional manner. Schedule new and follow-up appointments according to provider scheduling guidelines. Accurately collect and enter patient demographics, insurance information, and referral details. Assist patients with scheduling needs while providing outstanding customer service. Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience in a medical office or healthcare setting. At least one (1) year of experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) system. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient satisfaction.
