Job Description

HRW Companies is looking for a compassionate and responsible Administrator to organize our facility's day-to-day operations. Our organization is family-owned and proud to carry on a legacy of caring for people. Promise Care Center provides a safe and pleasant home for adults with mental illness. We value and accept the uniqueness of each individual and strive to go beyond the norm to provide a better quality of life. We are inspected by the Department of Health and Senior Services and the Department of Mental Health. Your job will be to lead a team of department managers and employees and oversee all the operations and daily activities. The administrator must be highly organized and able to adapt each day to the needs of the facility, staff, residents, and families. Furthermore, as the top position in the facility, the Administrator must always be available by phone.
Responsibilities:
Conduct meetings Hiring and maintaining staff Marketing the facility's services Implementing policies and goals Coordinating with community resources Engaging with residents and staff Ensuring a safe and pleasant environment Promoting a culture of compassion and teamwork Engaging families Operating within a budget Keeping a resident-centered approach Ensuring compliance with state regulations and facility policies
Qualifications:
RC/AL Administrator License or LPN preferred, but not required Level 1 Med Aide or CNA experience Health care experience including management responsibility and supervision of staff Strong written and oral communication skills Leadership skills Problem-solving attitude Excellent history of regulatory compliance
