Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Staffing Coordinator to join our long-term care facility team. Duties Lead full cycle recruiting efforts for clinical and non-clinical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates efficiently. Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and other HR systems like UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing to attract top talent. Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns with precision, ensuring timely placement of staff to meet facility needs. Build strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, educational institutions for campus recruitment, and community organizations to expand candidate pools. Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through research, cold calling, and leveraging talent management software to identify suitable candidates swiftly. Ensure compliance with HR legal requirements and employment law in all recruiting activities while maintaining transparency throughout the hiring process. Facilitate employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee evaluations to support ongoing staff growth and retention initiatives. Collaborate closely with leadership on succession planning, employee relations, and HR legal compliance to foster a supportive work environment. Skills Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively across multiple channels. Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive offers while aligning with organizational policies. Expertise in talent management software such as Lever, UltiPro, or Kenexa BrassRing for efficient recruitment workflows. Proficiency in HR systems like Paychex or ATS platforms for candidate tracking and reporting. In-depth knowledge of employment & labor law relevant to healthcare staffing and human resources practices. Proven ability in high-volume recruitment, technical recruiting, and external sourcing strategies. Skilled in relationship management—building rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners alike. Adept at social media marketing (recruitment) to enhance employer branding efforts. Familiarity with HR legal compliance standards including employment law in talent management practices. Ability to conduct effective interviewing techniques that assess both technical skills and cultural fit within a healthcare environment.
