They hold care providers accountable for their responsibilities and adherence to policies and regulations. The role involves evaluating staff performance, supporting a positive work environment, and ensuring unit efficiency.
Qualifications include:
a graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license, 3-5 years hospital nursing experience, and relevant certifications such as AHA Healthcare Provider card, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Nursing. Skills required encompass strong communication, clinical competence, data assessment, and leadership abilities.
