Harmony Hope Haven - ABA Therapy Services Lead with Purpose. Build Hope. Change Lives. Harmony Hope Haven is seeking an experienced and visionary Administrator to provide full-time leadership and operational oversight for our ABA therapy organization. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with Mississippi Department of Mental Health (DMH) standards, while leading our team and supporting the individuals and families we serve. Minimum Qualifications Candidates must meet the requirements outlined in Mississippi Department of Mental Health Operational Standard 11.4.A, including: Minimum of three (3) years of full-time administrative experience in one or more of the following areas: Mental Health Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Substance Use Services Preferred Education Master's degree preferred in: Healthcare Administration Social Work Counseling Psychology Public Health Business Administration Or a related field The Administrator will: Direct the daily operations of the organization Ensure compliance with DMH operational standards Supervise administrative and clinical leadership Develop, implement, and monitor organizational policies and procedures Manage budgets and operational resources Lead quality improvement and performance initiatives Oversee regulatory compliance and licensing Build strong community partnerships Lead strategic planning and organizational growth Promote a culture of integrity, compassion, and excellence Ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective service delivery Why Join Harmony Hope Haven? Pay:
$65,598.45 - $85,000.00 per year
