VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Clinical Branch Director to lead our hospice operations and clinical team. Based in our Healthcare & Medical Services department, this role oversees interdisciplinary hospice care, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and branch performance. The Director will manage staff, budgets, and clinical processes to ensure compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care that reflects VitalCaring's mission, culture of teamwork and integrity, and commitment to supporting caregivers with training, collaboration, and work-life balance across our growing multi-state organization. Responsibilities Provide clinical and operational leadership for the hospice branch, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care. Oversee interdisciplinary hospice teams, including nursing, social work, chaplaincy, and aides. Ensure compliance with hospice, state, and federal regulations and survey-readiness at all times. Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and quality metrics; drive continuous improvement. Manage staffing, scheduling, orientation, and ongoing training for clinical staff. Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, and referral partners to support growth and service excellence. Oversee documentation standards and effective use of EHR to support accurate, timely billing and reporting. Develop and implement branch-level policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with Vital Caring standards. Manage branch clinical budgets and resources to ensure efficient, patient-centered operations. Foster a culture of compassion, teamwork, integrity, and work-life balance among caregivers.
