City Meridian State ID Category Nursing Leadership, Professional Description & Requirements Lead one of the region's premier surgical programs as the Director of Surgical Services at our Meridian hospital . This critical nursing leadership role provides an opportunity to make a lasting impact on patient care in a state-of-the-art surgical environment. The result of a recent promotion, this role reports directly to the hospital COO/CNO and will champion clinical excellence, drive strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and empower an exceptional high-performing team committed to delivering outstanding surgical outcomes every day. The Meridian Surgical Services Department is a fast-paced, highly complex operation in a level III trauma center that supports a wide range of other specialties including robotics, breast, plastics, urology, and ortho. Oversight includes multi-disciplinary team of 6 direct reports and 250 total FTE's, spanning: 10 Operating Rooms 2-room surgery center Preadmissions Testing Pre-Op Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
Endoscopy Supply Chain Sterile Processing Minimum Requirements:
