Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Rate of pay is based on experience | Immediate Access to DailyPay Responsible for preventative maintenance program and physical plant management. Inspects building and grounds periodically to observe work to be performed. Ensures the overall maintenance, repair, replacement, and improvement of the buildings and grounds. Prepares daily schedules to include established routine duties, as well as additional maintenance requests. Prepares living units for new Residents. Advises Executive Director concerning physical plant needs. Maintenance Worker is expected to own and use his own basic hand tools. Learns and understands the fire, safety, and emergency procedures. Learns and understands the door alarm system. Will be regular in attendance, with the right attitude and attire. Previous experience in the maintenance of building and grounds. Mechanical ability required. Valid driver's license in the state of employment required. Drug-free workplace. We do perform criminal background checks and substance abuse testing.
