A Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Supervisor oversees the delivery of psychosocial rehabilitation services, ensuring they are evidence-based and individualized to promote recovery for individuals with mental health conditions. They provide clinical and administrative supervision to PSR staff, manage program operations, and collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement recovery plans. The supervisor also plays a key role in monitoring client progress, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, and advocating for clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Training:

Provide clinical and administrative supervision to PSR staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Service Delivery:

Oversee the delivery of PSR services, ensuring they are evidence-based and aligned with individual recovery goals.

Program Management:

Manage program operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation.

Client Advocacy:

Advocate for clients' needs and ensure they have access to appropriate services and resources.

Treatment Planning:

Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized recovery plans that address social, emotional, and vocational needs.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including Medicaid requirements.

Documentation:

Oversee the accuracy and completeness of client documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Crisis Intervention:

Provide crisis intervention services as needed.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor and evaluate the quality of PSR services and identify areas for improvement.

Community Collaboration:

Collaborate with other healthcare providers, family members, and community resources to ensure coordinated care.
