Job Description

MHLM is seeking a Property Manager for Private Estates in Big Sky, MT. Combining hospitality, concierge-level service, and property management, this position offers the opportunity to create exceptional homeowner experiences through proactive communication, thoughtful planning, managing and coaching staff, and meticulous attention to detail. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Property Manager works as part of the team to successfully complete the day-to-day management, operations, maintenance and upkeep of homes on behalf of Mountain High Life Management. This role ensures properties are well-maintained, clients receive excellent service, and operations run efficiently while protecting the value and integrity of the property. This manager is also responsible for team management and company operations to provide excellent hospitality for all clientele and their homes. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and property care Directly oversees, leads, coaches, and trains Maintenance & Facilities Technicians, Property Management team members, and Laborers Support cleaning, concierge, and logistics services Assist with coordinating company operations to ensure a seamless guest experience Uphold the highest standards for all managed properties Ensure the security, safety, functionality, and hospitality needs of each home are met Field calls from Yellowstone Club security and delegate as needed Be informed and prepared to implement emergency procedures for each property Manage contractors and vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality service Ensure proper planning and execution of company maintenance protocols Manage and inspect as needed: Mechanical Systems, O, audio/visual, security, and subcontract with vendors Manage and execute weekly, quarterly, annual, and bi-annual property maintenance schedules Conduct and document regular property inspections Monitor vendor invoicing Monitor seasonal needs including landscaping, and firewood, etc. Uphold company mission statement and core values at all times Regularly report to Management on project status and completion Benefits & Perks Starting wage $32 per hour $500 Sign-On Bonus ($100/month over 5 months) Paid drive time Paid Time Off (eligible after 30 days) Holiday Pay (eligible after 30 days) $50/month cell phone reimbursement for eligible full-time employees UnitedHealthcare Medical Benefits (eligible after 60 days) AFLAC Supplemental Insurance (eligible after 60 days) 401(k) eligibility after 6 months Professional leadership and career development opportunities Bi-weekly payroll Qualifications Valid driver's license required Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Strong attention to detail Ability to maintain high standards in luxury homes Weekend and holiday availability as needed Employment Requirements Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully completing required background screenings, including criminal and DMV background checks.
