Essential Functions of the position:

Coordinates the day to day operations of the PACT Team including scheduling staff, conducting daily organizational staff and treatment planning meetings, continually evaluates the status of clients and oversees appropriate planning and coordination of treatment activities. Serves as an active member of the team performing emergency and crisis management services, as needed. Works closely with other MHC personnel as well as personnel in community agencies to coordinate care/treatment. Performs duties in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.

ROTATES NIGHTTIME, WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY EMERGENCY CALL WITH OTHER PACT TEAM STAFF.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, special education) or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience working with individuals with special needs, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassion, patience, and understanding when working with individuals with mental illness needs.
