Job Description

Little Bear Counseling is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a unique part-time role that combines direct clinical work with clinical supervision and mentorship. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys supporting the growth of developing therapists while maintaining a meaningful, manageable psychotherapy caseload. In addition to providing therapy services, this role will play an important part in helping shape the clinical development of interns and associate-level clinicians within a collaborative, attachment-focused practice. Position Overview This position averages approximately 20 hours per week and includes: Approximately 7-8 client sessions per week Approximately 7-8 hours per week of clinical supervision, consultation, mentorship, and documentation review Participation in weekly team meetings and EFT consultation Collaboration with practice leadership regarding clinical development and supervision About Little Bear Counseling Little Bear Counseling is a growing group practice serving individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents throughout Montana. ResponsibilitiesClinical Services Provide ethical, evidence-based psychotherapy services Complete assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Utilize attachment-based and relationship-focused approaches to treatment Collaborate with colleagues to support client care Clinical Supervision & Mentorship Provide individual and/or group supervision to associate clinicians and interns Support case conceptualization, professional development, and ethical decision-making Review clinical documentation and provide constructive feedback Foster a supportive learning environment that promotes growth and clinical excellence Assist in strengthening and developing the practice's supervision program Qualifications Active and unrestricted Montana LCSW license Eligible to provide clinical supervision in Montana Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills Experience supervising, mentoring, or teaching clinicians preferred Training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is welcomed but not required Interest in attachment-based and relational approaches to therapy
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$50,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience Approximately 20-hour-per-week schedule Paid supervision, consultation, meetings, and administrative responsibilities Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and client onboarding CE stipend for professional development Ongoing mentorship and consultation in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Access to supervision from an ICEEFT-approved supervisor, with hours eligible toward EFT certification Flexible scheduling Opportunity to help shape and grow a thriving supervision and training program Because this role includes leadership, supervision, and mentorship responsibilities, we are seeking a clinician who is excited to invest in the long-term growth and development of Little Bear Counseling and the clinicians we serve.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
