Join our welcoming and dynamic team at Bozeman Hot Springs , where every day brings the opportunity to make a positive impact in a beautiful, community-centered environment. As a Rover , you'll play an essential role in ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience from start to finish. We're currently seeking: Part-Time Evening positions, some on weekdays, some on weekends (3:30 - 11:30pm) Sunday morning shifts (7:30am - 3:30pm) Flexible team members who are open to picking up additional shifts, as needed What You'll Do Help create a calm, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout the facility. Monitor and patrol the property to ensure safety standards are met and policies are being followed. Communicate proactively with the Rover Supervisor about guest needs or facility concerns. Provide friendly, approachable customer service — offering a helping hand and a warm smile when guests need assistance. Restock towels and guest amenities to keep the space comfortable and inviting. Support your teammates to ensure smooth, enjoyable operations for guests and staff alike. What We're Looking For A dependable, caring individual who takes pride in creating a positive environment for others. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Attention to detail and a natural awareness of guest safety and comfort. A collaborative spirit and a willingness to step in where needed. Previous experience in hospitality, safety, or customer service is a plus — but not required.
