Job Description

Job Summary This is a unique opportunity for which we are seeking a high organized candidate to fill the role of receptionist/assistant with occasional overlap into medical assistant like interaction with patients. We are considering both three and four day per week candidates with base days planned for Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk responsibilities, check in and check out, insurance verifications, patient calls and multi-line phone system management. Patient scheduling including consultations, procedures, and post surgical follow ups. Oversee scheduling and calendar management for staff and executive meetings. Support office projects by contributing to scheduling, time management, and meeting organization Duties typical of executive assistant/personal assistant. Occasional medical assistant duties including receiving and directing patient questions, recording medications and patient history. Skills Proven experience in medical office settings. Proficiency in with computer use including EMR, calendar management software, and multi-line phone systems. Skills in event planning, vendor management, budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll processes. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage schedule coordination efficiently while handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
