- Full-time We are seeking an Assisted Living Administrator to become part of our team!
Responsibilities :
Ability to perform daily care, when needed, for the residents, such as dressing, bathing, and incontinence care. Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs Plan and coordinate health services Maintain a clean environment to ensure resident safety Enforce healthcare policies and procedures Oversee staff recruiting, scheduling, training, and disciplinary actions Work with your team of caregivers/CNAs to provide excellent personal care Build a network of new resident referral sources Plan and coordinate resident activities and group events Maintain regulatory standards of care Develop care programs to meet the needs of each resident as well as residents with Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease Coordinate with contract nurse to maintain standards of resident care Maintain close relationships with resident family's and meet their needs Oversee facility budget Conduct meetings Oversee and coordinate resident food service Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance Oversee resident medication administration Provide direct resident personal cares, cooking, cleaning, etc.Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields preferably in long-term care Experience in a managerial role Strong leadership qualities Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communications skillsCaring and Honest Knowledge of Medication and Uses Other Benefits:
