Clinic Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) Alluvion Health - Great Falls, Montana Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40
Hours/Week Starting Wage:
$31.00-$35.00/hour Lead the Team. Support the Care. Make an Impact. Are you an experienced RN who enjoys leading people just as much as caring for patients? Alluvion Health is looking for a Clinic Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership and clinical support to our outpatient care team. This role combines nursing expertise, team leadership, and day-to-day clinic operations to help ensure our patients receive safe, efficient, compassionate, and high-quality care. You'll work alongside providers, nurses, medical assistants, and other members of the care team while supporting employees, improving workflows, solving problems, and helping the clinic run at its best. What You'll Do As the Clinic Supervisor, you will: Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and support to assigned clinical staff Coordinate staffing, clinic workflow, and patient care activities to keep daily operations running smoothly Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, medical assistants, and other support staff Support employee onboarding, orientation, training, coaching, and ongoing development Communicate expectations, provide feedback, and help employees grow in their roles Monitor clinic operations and help resolve clinical, staffing, workflow, and patient-care concerns Collaborate closely with providers, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams Promote safe, efficient, patient-centered care and a positive patient experience Support compliance with clinical policies, procedures, infection prevention, documentation, medication management, and patient safety standards Assist with quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen clinic processes and workflows Help ensure appropriate staffing and coverage based on clinic and patient needs Address concerns professionally and support positive communication and teamwork among staff Provide direct nursing care and step into clinical workflows when needed to support the team and maintain patient flow Promote accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and Alluvion Health's standards of care What We're Looking For We're looking for an Clinic Supervisor - RN who can balance clinical knowledge, leadership, and daily operations while building strong relationships with employees and providers. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS certification or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire Current valid driver's license One (1) to three (3) years of leadership experience Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a primary healthcare setting or equivalent Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to coach, guide, and support employees while maintaining clear expectations and accountability Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a busy clinical environment Ability to work collaboratively with providers, clinical staff, leadership, and other departments Preferred Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health setting Why Join Alluvion Health?
