Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Clinical Director to lead our behavioral health and addiction services. This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and guiding a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff. Duties Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed clinicians, behavioral health specialists, and support staff, promoting professional growth and adherence to clinical standards. Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for clients with mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, co-occurring disorders, and substance use disorders. Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment programs including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), motivational interviewing, and group therapy sessions. Manage clinical documentation ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and accurate coding using

CPT, ICD-9/10

codes. Coordinate crisis management protocols and crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety and effective response during emergencies. Collaborate with families, schools, community agencies, and healthcare providers to support holistic client care plans. Monitor quality assurance metrics through data collection, research initiatives, and clinical audits to continuously improve service delivery. Ensure all clinical activities align with regulatory standards such as HIPAA and state-specific licensing requirements. Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field; licensure required (e.g., LCSW, LPC, PhD). Extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health conditions including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), PTSD, developmental disabilities, and neurodiverse populations. Proven supervisory experience leading clinical teams in behavioral health or hospital settings. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, electronic health records (EHR/EHR management), ICD coding systems (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for billing purposes. Skilled in crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols for diverse populations. Expertise in evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral management strategies, social work practices, addiction counseling, and psychotherapeutic modalities. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds while maintaining sensitivity to individual needs. Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders including mental health conditions combined with substance use issues. Excellent client communication skills along with experience in case management and family engagement strategies.
