We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Heart & Vascular outpatient clinic. This position will lead clinical staff, support high-quality patient care, improve workflows, and ensure the clinic follows healthcare, safety, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have previous healthcare leadership experience and outpatient clinical experience, with strong skills in team management and clinic operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Heart & Vascular clinic. Lead, supervise, and support clinical staff. Interview and hire qualified healthcare professionals. Create and manage staff schedules. Train and onboard new employees. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and employee evaluations. Address employee performance and disciplinary matters when necessary. Develop and maintain clinical policies and procedures. Ensure staff maintain required skills and competencies. Work closely with physicians, providers, nurses, staff, and patients. Support excellent patient service and resolve customer service concerns. Monitor quality, patient safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance. Assist with quality reviews, reporting, and compliance activities. Identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows and operational efficiency. Help develop and manage the department's annual budget. Assist with developing and implementing new programs and initiatives. Provide education and support to staff and patients. Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and nursing standards. Required Previous experience in a healthcare leadership, supervisory, or management role. Experience in Cardiology, Heart & Vascular, Cardiovascular care, or a similar specialty clinic. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience working in an outpatient clinical setting. Nursing degree or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field. Experience supervising and developing healthcare staff. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions.
