  • 33/hour, depending on experience and medical qualifications Gameday Men's Health Kalispell is seeking a General Manager with a strong medical or clinical background to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing men's health clinic.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on healthcare experience with strong organizational, customer service, sales, and leadership skills. A Medical Assistant or higher-level medical credential is strongly preferred , particularly for candidates who are qualified to perform blood draws and administer injections. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional who wants to move beyond a traditional clinical role and take greater responsibility for the operations and growth of a medical practice. The Ideal Candidate We are particularly interested in candidates with: Medical Assistant certification or higher medical credential Experience performing venipuncture/blood draws and administering injections Experience working directly with patients in a medical or clinical environment Strong knowledge of clinical workflow and patient care Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and administrative abilities Sales experience or comfort discussing services and treatment options with patients Experience managing or coordinating a medical office, clinic, or healthcare team An entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership A history of developing, implementing, and maintaining systems and procedures The ability to recognize problems, develop solutions, and follow through without constant supervision Strong computer, scheduling, and CRM skills Operational or management experience is highly valued, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience preferred . Responsibilities This is a hands-on management position combining clinic operations, patient interaction, administration, and clinical support.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the daily operations of the clinic Oversee the front desk and patient flow Handle patient intake and checkout Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Manage our CRM and ensure appropriate patient and lead follow-up Provide an exceptional patient experience Support patient retention and sales efforts Coordinate closely with the Clinic Director, Medical Assistant, and ownership Maintain the in-clinic laboratory and required QC logs Ensure clinic systems, documentation, and operational procedures are consistently followed Develop and improve systems and procedures as the clinic grows Assist with inventory, supplies, and general clinic organization Attend local marketing and community events Communicate operational issues and opportunities to ownership Help improve clinic efficiency, patient retention, sales, and profitability For appropriately credentialed candidates, the position may also include: Performing blood draws Administering injections Assisting with other clinical functions within the individual's training, credentials, and scope of practice Schedule This position is approximately 35 hours per week over four days . The General Manager will have three days away from the clinic each week but must be reasonably available by phone on off days when an operational issue requires their attention.
Compensation Pay range:
$27
  • 33 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
Candidates with medical credentials and the ability to perform blood draws, administer injections, and provide additional clinical support may qualify for compensation at the higher end of the range. Who Will Succeed in This Role We are looking for someone who wants more responsibility than a traditional Medical Assistant or clinical support position. The right person will be equally comfortable working with patients, supporting clinical care, organizing the clinic, solving operational problems, and helping improve the business. You should be someone who notices when something needs to be done and takes ownership of getting it done. We want a General Manager who can build systems, maintain accountability, and become the person the team and ownership can depend on to keep the clinic running smoothly.
