At Flathead Dental Implant Arts, we're not just filling a front desk position—we're looking for someone who will help guide patients through one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make. Many of our patients have spent years hiding their smile. Some are nervous. Some are embarrassed. Some have been putting this off for decades. Your job is to make sure their first interaction with our practice leaves them feeling hopeful, comfortable, and excited to take the next step. Your Primary Responsibility:
New Patient Lead Management Our marketing brings new patients to us every day. Your responsibility is to make sure no opportunity is missed. You'll respond to incoming inquiries, return phone calls, text and email prospective patients, and guide them through our structured qualification process. You'll learn about their goals, answer questions, identify whether they're a good fit for our practice, and schedule the appropriate consultation. These aren't cold calls. These are people who have already reached out because they're looking for help. Success in this role comes from building trust, following our proven systems, and creating an exceptional first impression. Your ability to consistently connect with new patients plays a direct role in the continued growth of our practice. Supporting Our Front Office When you're not working new patient leads, you'll help keep our office running efficiently. You'll answer incoming calls, welcome patients, check them in and out, coordinate schedules, process payments, maintain patient records, prepare paperwork, scan documents, and provide support to our Treatment Coordinator and clinical team throughout the day. Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to shift priorities quickly are essential in this role. We're Looking for Someone Who... Loves connecting with people. Communicates confidently by phone, text, email, and in person. Is organized and detail-oriented. Enjoys following proven systems and processes. Can balance multiple priorities without feeling overwhelmed. Brings positive energy and professionalism every day. Takes ownership and follows through.
