Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a high-paying Rehabilitation Manager position. This is a leadership role overseeing rehabilitation department operations, staff development, patient care quality, and program coordination. The manager will supervise clinical and operational activities while helping drive department growth, performance, and team success.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department Supervise clinical staff and support team development Assist with hiring, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and performance management Oversee patient care, billing, documentation, and compliance Build and maintain strong physician relationships Coordinate rehabilitation and sports medicine programs Participate in budgeting, process improvement, and departmental planning Help ensure high-quality patient care and positive patient outcomes Support operational efficiency and fiscal management

Requirements:
Must be a licensed PT Must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Must be licensed in the state Must either have management experience OR at least 4 years of therapist experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Pay:
$93,288.00 - $116,604.80 per year
