What We Offer Clinical Coordinator at Brunswick Medical Center - Operating Room We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Clinical Coordinator to support our Operating Room department during the day shift. This leadership role is responsible for supporting daily unit operations, assisting nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. Provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.
Responsibilities:
Support and supervise nursing staff during shift operations Assist with patient flow, staffing coordination, and unit support Promote quality patient care and patient satisfaction Provide leadership support and assist with conflict resolution and de-escalation when needed Serve as a resource for team members and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Maintain effective communication with staff, patients, and leadership

Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications. Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
