Job Description

Carolina Lakes Family Dental is seeking a full-time experienced Front Desk Patient Coordinator to start immediately. The hours are Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm. Responsibilities include greeting patients, check-ins, check-outs, answering phones, verify insurances, prepare pre-authorizations and help with other administrative duties. We offer competitive salary and generous benefits based on experience. Health/vision insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation days and 401(K) retirement available. Please email your resume and two professional references. Experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred. Knowledge of insurance or claims is a plus. Spanish speaking is desirable. Requirements 1. Great conversation skills and phone personality 2. Answer and direct multiline incoming telephone calls. 3. Reliable, Organized and Able to balance many tasks and responsibilities with many interruptions. 4. Professional appearance and demeanor. 5. High school graduate. 6. Loving, caring and a genuine interest to join dentistry 7. Very motivated and willing to learn Desired Skills 8. Experience in Medical/Dental office with insurance and claims 9. Knowledge of dental terminology or dental coding. 10.
Knowledge of Dentrix or Eaglesoft Job Type:
