Full-time Benefits Custom benefit packages are made to meet your individual needs About the Position A fast-growing, modern dental and medical aesthetics organization in Cary is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator / Financial Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is highly confident presenting treatment plans, discussing financial arrangements, and helping patients move forward with care. We are looking for someone with 5 or more years of experience, not someone who repeated their first year 5 times. Must have strong communication skills, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a high level of personal accountability. This is a high-impact role within a technology-driven, patient-focused practice that prioritizes exceptional service and results. Responsibilities Present dental treatment plans and explain recommended care Discuss insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements Increase treatment acceptance through patient education and communication Follow up on unscheduled treatment Coordinate scheduling for larger cases Deliver an outstanding patient experience Support office production and collections goals Work closely with doctors and leadership team Qualifications Dental treatment coordinator or financial coordinator experience preferred Strong communication and sales skills Ability to confidently discuss finances with patients Experience with dental insurance and treatment planning preferred Organized, professional, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Eaglesoft experience is a plus Ideal Backgrounds Dental treatment coordinator Dental office manager Financial coordinator Patient care coordinator Medical aesthetics coordinator Luxury hospitality or high-end customer service Healthcare sales Why Join Us?
