Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Regional Clinical Manager to join our expanding clinical team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications Education Registered Nurse (RN) license or degree in healthcare administration or related field required Bachelor's degree preferred Experience Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in a clinical or outpatient setting Experience managing multi-site operations required Experience supervising and developing managers required. Experience overseeing clinical operations and driving performance improvement required. Experience with financial management, operational strategy, and organizational change preferred. Skills & Abilities Strong leadership, coaching, and management development skills. Ability to lead multiple managers and maintain accountability across several regions. Strong understanding of clinical operations, patient flow, and healthcare performance metrics. Ability to analyze financial and operational data and develop improvement strategies. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and lead organizational change. Strong collaboration skills with physicians, executive leadership, and cross-functional departments. Ability to balance strategic oversight with operational support.
