Family Medicine As a Patient Services Coordinator III, you will: Accurately record patient demographics and insurance information. Efficiently schedule patient appointments. Cross-train in various administrative support functions. Deliver remarkable patient experiences in every interaction. Foster a safe patient environment driven by the principles of "First Do No Harm."Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. One year of clerical experience in a medical office setting. Proficiency in medical office software, including EPIC systems. Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills. Ability to work with changing priorities and maintain confidentiality. Basic medical terminology knowledge. Must be able to interact with individuals of all cultures and levels of authority. Requires the ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to function as part of a team. Must possess initiative. Basic medical terminology required, knowledge can be obtained through formal classes or work experience. High level of working knowledge of EPIC systems. Detailed knowledge of multiple payors billing requirements. Familiarity of coding requirements for practice specialty.
