Xenia Hospitality Group is seeking candidates for the position of Hospitality Manager for our ilios crafted Greek concept in Davidson! Our mission is to provide our guests with delicious, fresh Greek cuisine in a welcoming and friendly environment. The Hospitality Manager acts not only as the team leader, but also as the guest and community ambassador for their location.
Job Duties include:
create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations ensuring the restaurant is prepared daily for service maintain and exceed sanitation standards maintain and uphold standards of staff performance managing lunch/dinner service coach, lead, and develop restaurant team facilitating catering orders This position is at a newly opened store- our 5th location! We have been warmly welcomed by the community, and are looking to expand our management team.
We are seeking individuals who:
have previous restaurant management experience. have experience leading successful teams. can perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment. can ensure product quality and guest satisfaction. desire continuous improvement for themselves and others. can serve as a role model and set a positive example for the entire team in all aspects of business and personnel management. love people- those on our team and those who come through our doors! The Hospitality Manager position is an hourly position, averaging a 45 hour work week. Hourly base pay plus hourly tip share and overtime result in guaranteed compensation starting at $55,000.
