We are recruiting a Director of Food & Nutrition Services for a respected acute-care hospital in North Carolina. This is not a turnaround situation . The incoming Director will inherit a stable, well-regarded department with approximately 60 FTEs, two experienced Managers , and a newly renovated/modernized cafeteria with new equipment. The organization is looking for a leader who can bring fresh ideas and best practices and take an already strong program to the next level.

Requirements:

Registered Dietitian (RD) required Bachelor's degree required Acute-care hospital Food & Nutrition leadership experience required Strong experience with both patient food service and retail/cafeteria operations Strong people leadership and employee engagement skills Current Directors as well as accomplished Assistant Directors/Operations Managers ready for their first Director role are encouraged to apply.

Compensation:
