A Manufacturing Project Manager maintains relations between the manufacturing company and the clients to which it sells and distributes. They manage a variety of accounts and projects; they also assess new build plans, assess various procedures in the production process, and maintain an open line of communication with vendors and clients. The project manager works with the company's customers directly to assess and help meet their needs. In addition, the project manager has responsibilities in the direct manufacturing facility. They ensure that safety guidelines are met and any potential risks are eliminated.

•Capital Investments Team as the Project Manager
•Industrial Capital Projects (Tissue Manufacturing) : Your Role Lead industrial capital projects from concept to commissioning across multiple U.S. mill sites. Manage capital investment portfolio by evaluating, prioritizing, and recommending initiatives to the Capital Investment Committee. Oversee project governance including scope, budget, schedule, risk management, and documentation. Coordinate cross-functional teams and contractors to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Provide strategic visibility on project progress, risks, and financial performance. Support mill operations through technical troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives. Implement engineering and equipment best practices to optimize performance and drive innovation. Travel Occasional travel to U.S. mills and supplier locations is required. On‑site presence may be necessary during construction phases and planned shutdowns. Bring out the best in yourself! Experience and Requirements :
Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or related field). Professional designation (P.Eng or equivalent) ― strong asset. PMP certification — an asset. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree. 8-12+ years of experience in industrial capital project management ( pulp & paper or continuous process manufacturing is a strong asset ). Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning. Experience delivering projects of $2M+ in a heavy manufacturing environment . Experience with SAP or similar CMMS. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and challenge technical decisions . Strong track record of on‑budget and on‑schedule project delivery. Strong knowledge of PMBOK, Stage‑Gate, or FEL project methodologies. Strong understanding of industrial equipment, utilities, and process systems. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. Advanced English (written & spoken). Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
