Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Patient Service Front Desk Coordinator to join our dental office. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative and clinical support tasks. Your energetic approach will ensure smooth clinic operations, accurate documentation, and a welcoming environment for all patients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to quality patient care through efficient front desk management and health information support. Responsibilities Greeting patients and making them feel like VIPs from the moment they arrive Answering the phone with a smile they can hear Scheduling appointments and keeping the day running smoothly Helping patients understand their insurance and treatment costs, and collecting payment at checkout Keeping patient records up to date in Open Dental Juggling a few things at once without missing a beat Keeping the front desk area organized and welcoming Learning new systems and taking on new responsibilities as we grow together What we're looking for: A super-friendly, upbeat person who's organized, a great communicator, and genuinely enjoys being the face of a team. You'll be trusted with patient information, so a natural sense of discretion matters. Whether you've worked front desk for years or you're newer to dental and eager to learn, we want to hear from you we're happy to train the right person, including Open Dental if it's new to you.
