Patient Care Coordinator - Eye Care Premier Family Eye Care is looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Indian Trail, NC. For the past 16 years , we have been privileged to serve the Indian Trail community. Recently, we moved into our beautiful new state-of-the-art office, and the response from our patients has been overwhelming. We are proud to be the leading eye care provider in Indian Trail, and our continued growth means we're ready to welcome another exceptional team member.

The Patient Care Coordinator is the heart of our practice and is often the first and last impression our patients receive. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working in an optometry or ophthalmology office is strongly preferred Outstanding customer service and communication skills Experience working with both vision insurance and medical insurance Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Proficient with technology and able to quickly learn new software Experience with RevolutionEHR is a significant advantage Experience using Microsoft Teams is a major plus Works well as part of a team while maintaining a positive, professional attitude If you're looking to join a practice that values excellence, invests in its team, and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience, we'd love to meet you. $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
