While we're sad to see her transition from full-time, we're so proud of her and incredibly grateful for the dedication and care she's shown our patients over the years. Thankfully, she'll be staying on part-time to help train her replacement, which makes this an exciting opportunity to join our team. We're looking for the perfect fit for our small, family-focused, fee-for-service dental practice in Jamestown, NC.
Position:
Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities include: Greeting and checking patients in and out Answering phones Scheduling appointments Preparing treatment plans (•prior dental background preferred) Filing insurance claims (•experience in this is preferred) We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care and creating a welcoming environment where patients feel like family.
