Staff Zone is currently looking for an On-Site Labor Coordinator to assist our customer in Kings Mountain, North Carolina!

The On-Site Labor Coordinator will assist with all operations and management of our temporary workforce at a new large commercial construction project including recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring all safety procedures are followed.

Additionally, the On-Site Coordinator will assist with additional duties as needed. This position requires an individual who possesses strong organizational and management skills and can adapt well to change. (Please read job requirements below before applying to this position) Responsibilities as

On-Site Labor Coordinator:

Serve as primary on-site liaison between Customer supervision and Staff Zone management Coordinate daily manpower check-in/check-out and verify time reporting accuracy Monitor attendance and facilitate timely replacement of absent workers Communicate projected labor needs and workforce adjustments to Staff Zone Conduct basic safety orientation reinforcement and promote jobsite safety compliance Ensure workers are properly equipped with required PPE and site credentials Facilitate toolbox talks or safety briefings as requested from Staff Zone or Yates Address performance concerns and escalate issues to Staff Zone management promptly Submit daily manpower and activity reports to Customer and Staff Zone Support workforce productivity and jobsite organization as directed by Customer supervision Recruit necessary laborers and craftsman for sub contractor and general contractor Anticipate staffing needs and solicit for additional business throughout the project Must be comfortable working in the elements Must be comfortable in a fast paced, job site environment Must be competent in driving a UTV/construction buggy

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri 630am-5pm AND occasional WEEKEND coverage as the project grows.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma required. College Degree preferred MUST be able to pass an 11-panel drug test MUST be willing to submit to a criminal background check MUST have clean background going back 10 years MUST have a current and valid driver's license with eligible MVR (clean driving record) OSHA 30 Preferred 2+ years' experience in a construction management role. On-Site experience preferred Must be able to multi-task and adapt to change Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work as a team in a challenging and fast paced environment Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and possess strong computer skills Willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays as required Recruiting experience, required

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
