We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager or Hospitality Manager to join a well-established, high-volume buffet-style restaurant in Charlotte, NC. Benefits Cigna Health Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Wellness Benefits Paid Vacation (1 week after completing training) Career Growth Opportunities Performance-Based Compensation What You'll Do Kitchen Manager Lead daily back-of-house operations in a high-volume restaurant Maintain food quality, consistency, and safety standards Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls Oversee scheduling and labor management Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members Ensure compliance with sanitation and health regulations Drive profitability through operational efficiency Hospitality Manager Lead front-of-house operations and guest experience Coach and develop service teams Maintain hospitality and service standards Manage labor and controllable costs Resolve guest concerns professionally Partner with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth restaurant operations Drive sales and operational performance Qualifications 5-7+ years of restaurant management experience Stable work history with strong tenure (no frequent job changes) Experience in high-volume restaurants generating approximately $4M-$6M+ in annual sales Background with corporate full-service restaurant brands is highly preferred Experience with brands such as Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, Fridays, Texas Roadhouse, or similar concepts is a plus High-volume Fast Casual or QSR management experience will also be considered for candidates with excellent leadership skills and long-term stability Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities Proven success managing labor, food cost, inventory, and restaurant profitability Passion for developing teams and delivering outstanding guest experiences
