If you said yes to all of the above — keep reading! About Us We're Nourishing Life Acupuncture , a warm and welcoming acupuncture clinic located in the heart of Downtown Monroe . Our mission is to help patients restore balance, reduce stress, and support their health naturally through the power of Traditional Chinese Medicine. We're growing and looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
Position Details Part-time:
~10 hours per week to startSchedule:
Monday:
9:30 AM- 2:30
PM Wednesday:
2:00 PM- 7:00 PM Must be available to cover other shifts as needed (see clinic hours below)
Clinic Hours:
Monday 9:30 AM- 2:30 PM Tuesday 3:00 PM
- 8:00 PM Wednesday 9:30 AM
- 7:00 PM Thursday 9:30 AM
- 7:00 PM Friday 9:30 AM
- 7:00 PM Occasional weekend hours may be required for community wellness events , which are always scheduled in advance.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients, escorting them to treatment rooms Keeping daily operations running on schedule Answering phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and warmth Scheduling appointments using our patient management software Providing general information about acupuncture and our services Assisting with patient superbills or itemized receipts Maintaining a clean and tidy treatment environment Supporting community outreach and wellness events Helping with social media posting and engagement About You You're positive, detail-oriented, and love helping others feel comfortable and cared for. You thrive in organized environments, take direction well, and are a strong multitasker who keeps things running efficiently. A background in healthcare or wellness is great — but not required. Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
