Patient Experience Coordinator Bloom Precision Aesthetics | Pinehurst, NCFull-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PMStarting at $20/hour, based on experience Bloom Precision Aesthetics is looking for a warm, polished, organized, and sales-minded Patient Experience Coordinator to join our growing team in Pinehurst, NC. This position is much more than a traditional front desk role. You will be an important part of the entire patient journey—from the first phone call or inquiry to check-in, checkout, rebooking, and follow-up. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, creating an exceptional experience, and helping patients feel confident and cared for. What You'll Do Create a welcoming, professional experience for every patient Answer incoming calls, texts, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally Schedule appointments and manage the daily patient schedule Check patients in and out and collect payments Educate patients on services, promotions, memberships, and skincare products Help convert inquiries into scheduled appointments Rebook patients and support long-term patient retention Follow up with leads, missed opportunities, and overdue patients Maintain accurate patient information and documentation Keep the reception and patient areas organized, polished, and welcoming Support providers and team members with daily administrative needs Assist with special events, promotions, and patient outreach Contribute to clinic goals and an exceptional team culture Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with patients Professional and polished in both appearance and communication Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable discussing services, pricing, promotions, and memberships Sales-minded without being pushy Proactive and able to take ownership of responsibilities Comfortable with technology, scheduling systems, phones, email, and text communication Dependable, positive, and team-oriented Able to multitask while maintaining a high level of customer service Experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, hospitality, luxury retail, sales, or customer service is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate with a strong personality and transferable experience.
