Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for our Community Support Team to provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members serving adults with mental health needs.
Position Summary:
The CST Team Lead conducts assessments, oversees implementation of person-centered plans, and ensures quality clinical interventions while supervising team members.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing evaluation and treatment planning for persons served. Provide clinical supervision and manage team schedules. Ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices and motivational interviewing. Participate in crisis response and on-call duties. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.Education & Experience:
Required:
Full or provisional licensure as LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent in North Carolina. Experience in clinical supervision and community-based services.Benefits:
