How you'll contribute A Clinic Coordinator who excels in this role: Leading daily clinic operations by coordinating staff assignments, workflows, patient care activities, and practice functions to ensure efficient, organized, and effective operations. Supporting exceptional patient care and experiences by promoting patient safety, responsive service, effective communication, and consistent delivery of high-quality care. Collaborating with providers and the healthcare team to facilitate effective communication, address operational needs, and ensure coordinated care and efficient clinic workflows. Leading and developing staff through effective onboarding, training, performance evaluation, continuing education, and opportunities that encourage professional growth. Monitoring quality and performance by evaluating service levels, patient concerns, workflows, and quality-control measures while identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement. Applying critical thinking and sound judgment to resolve operational challenges, respond appropriately in stressful situations, and make timely decisions with minimal supervision. Maintaining compliance and accountability with clinical, administrative, legal, ethical, regulatory, documentation, and audit requirements while supporting organizational policies and standards. Contributing in your licensed clinical capacity by providing safe, compassionate, evidence-based care and serving as a clinical role model while supporting the clinic's goals, resources, and overall success
