Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our vibrant dental team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between patients and the dental practice, ensuring a seamless experience from appointment scheduling to treatment planning. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using Eaglesoft and Dexis Explain treatment plans, insurance coverage, and financial options clearly to patients, ensuring they understand their care options Collect payments Assist with front desk responsibilities Communicate effectively via phone and email to answer patient questions, send reminders, and provide exceptional customer service Experience 2 years experience as a dental treatment coordinator is highly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for administrative tasks Familiarity with patient management software, EMR/EHR systems, and electronic health records management Knowledge of health regulation policies related to patient privacy (e.g., HIPAA compliance)
