Job Description Construction Manager

• Healthcare and Energy Construction
• Winston-Salem will be responsible for: Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects from planning through completion.

Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and budgets. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and project requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve field issues. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations leadership to achieve successful project outcomes. Maintain strong communication with clients, project stakeholders, and field personnel. Support projects across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, hospitality, manufacturing, data centers, and commercial facilities. Oversee quality control and ensure work meets contract specifications and customer expectations. Drive project execution within active and occupied environments, particularly healthcare facilities when applicable. • Winston-Salem should have: 5+ years of commercial construction field experience.

Experience as a Superintendent, Field Project Manager, Construction Manager, or similar field leadership role. Active healthcare or hospital construction experience is highly preferred. Candidates with education or higher education project experience will also be considered. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Trade background with strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) experience is highly valued. Proven track record of project stability and career progression; frequent job changes are not preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment. What's on Offer Construction Manager
