Job Description
Licensed Assisted Living Administrator Yadkinville, NC We are searching for a licensed assisted living administrator to serve as the lead person for a 100-bed facility. The position will manage the facility's day-to-day operations, provide staff oversight, and ensure excellent resident care systems are followed. The facility has a blend of private pay and Medicaid residents. This position will have solid corporate support in bringing clarity to expectations for providing quality care while meeting all regulatory requirements. Required Characteristics and Skills
- The ability to lead department managers in successfully accomplishing their business objectives.
- A history of effective delegation to accomplish required tasks.
- Design and implement an employee training program that allows employees to enhance their skills and grow within the industry.
- Accountability for the property's culture, census, and well-being of the residents and employees.
- A desire to learn and a willingness to take direction from corporate leadership.
- The ability to prioritize and operate efficiently in a complex, busy, ever-changing environment. Essential Functions
- Build and maintain a culture of accountability, encouragement, and support.
- Create and maintain trusted relationships with managers, employees, residents, and the community by presenting a high level of professionalism, communicating clearly, listening, and providing guidance when needed.
- Ensure documentation is complete, current, and accurate for every function related to resident care.
- Provide training and oversight on essential functions and how to anticipate challenges.
- Design or enhance current programs for functions related to providing excellent care for assisted living residents.
- Conduct daily informational meetings to keep employees informed about resident status, priorities, changing regulations, and census changes. Requirements
- NC Administrator's license
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least five years in assisted living, with at least one year as an administrator
- Medicaid billing experience

$75,000.00- $90,000.
