$22.00 - $27.00 per hour Corner Home Medical is a family-owned and operated business serving Minnesota and surrounding communities by providing high-quality durable medical equipment and exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Clinical Specialist to support patients with home respiratory equipment, including CPAP and related equipment. This role combines patient education, customer service, and respiratory equipment support , making it ideal for candidates with a clinical license and a passion for helping patients remain independent in their homes. Discuss Medicare and insurance requirements and coverage with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare partners. Initiate, schedule, and complete follow-up phone calls, assessments, and appointments with customers. Obtain and complete required paperwork and documentation. Enter patient insurance information and other required data into company systems. Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and caregivers. Maintain accurate documentation and patient records. Assist customers with respiratory equipment needs and ongoing therapy support. Qualifications Active LPN, RN, RT, or higher clinical license required. Understanding of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and home care preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent phone etiquette. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Strong organizational, computer, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team-oriented approach. Previous healthcare customer service experience preferred.
Preferred Experience DME experience:
