Join the Lifetime Dental Team! Lifetime Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Coordinator to join our team at our newly remodeled dental office in Grafton, ND! Our updated office provides a beautiful, welcoming environment for both our patients and our team. We pride ourselves on providing excellent dental care while maintaining the friendly, personal experience our patients have come to know and appreciate. At Lifetime Dental, we value honesty, teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to become an important part of our dental team and the Grafton community. What You'll Do Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming experience Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Help manage the daily patient schedule and keep the front office running smoothly Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients Assist with general front-office and administrative responsibilities Work closely with our doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with people Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable with computers and learning new systems Positive, team-oriented work ethic Dental or medical office experience is helpful, but not required Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus Why Lifetime Dental?
