POSITION
PT Clinical Coordinator-Allied Health Programs (Benefitted)
LOCATION
Williston, ND
WHO MAY BE CONSIDERED

TYPE OF APPOINTMENT
This is a part-time position benefitted.
BACKGROUND CHECK

JOB SUMMARY
The person selected for this position will be responsible for the managing, coordinating, and evaluating clinical education components for programs such as Surgical Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Paramedic to Nurse and Medical Assistant Programs. This position ensures students receive high-quality, compliant, and hands-on clinical experiences that meet accreditation standards and workforce expectations. Clinical Coordination and Placement
  • Develop, schedule or manage clinical rotations for studetns in Surgical Technology, Sonography and other allied health programs. Student Support and assessment
  • Monitor student performanceand professionalism in clinical settings. Compliance and accreditation
  • Ensure compliance with program, institutional, and clinical affiliate requirements (e.g., immunizations, background checks, CPR certification, HIPAA training). Clinical Site Management
  • Recruit, evaluate, and retain clinical partners and preceptors. Program Collaboration
  • Work closely with Program Directors and faculty to align clinical education with didactic instruction.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's in healthcare or related field. Experience in clinical education, student supervision, or healthcare training. Knowledge of accreditation standards (CAAHEP or related agencies).
Preferred Requirements:
Master's in healthcare, education or related field. Prior experience as a clinical coordinator, instructor, or program faculty. Experience with clinical tracking systems and learnign managment systems. Supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
SALARY:
$30,000
  • $35,000 based on experience and education
