Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our Kearney office. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience. This role will also provide some administrative assistance as needed. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently for multiple locations Assist patients with paperwork, insurance information, and questions Manage provider schedules and appointment types accurately Process payments and maintain accurate records Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive office environment Perform clean and checks of hearing aids as well as bluetooth/app assistance to patients in need What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfort with computers, scheduling systems, and phone communication Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure Willingness to learn A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Preferred (but not required): Experience in medical or front office settings Customer service background What We Offer Supportive, team-focused work environment Meaningful work that impacts patients' quality of life Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and training Why Join Us? Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
