We are a single dentist office with many long term employees. We believe in creating a work environment people want to be part of. We understand our greatest asset to our office and our patients are happy long-term employees, and we strive to make that a reality. We see patients from 8am to 4pm Monday through Thursday, and expect employees to be here from 7:30am to 4:20pm Monday through Thursday. In addition to the benefits listed below, we offer 7 paid holidays and free dental care to you, your spouse, parents, grandparents, kids, and grandkids after a 90 day waiting period. We also pay for CPR/BLS renewal, provide a uniform allowance, and have a positive, relaxed, and family-oriented work environment filled with wonderful people. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for: Presenting treatment plans and securing financial arrangements Keeping doctor and hygiene schedules full Calling overdue patients, outstanding treatment plan patients, and daily auditing to ensure schedules are full Serving as a positive and friendly first point of contact for current and prospective patients Answering phones and text messages Patient check-in and check-out Answering patient questions Scheduling patients for procedures Helping manage softwares that enhance patient flow Verifying insurance benefits on behalf of patients and helping to communicate insurance benefits Helping other staff as needed
Qualifications:
High school or equivalent (Required) Basic computer skills such as email, Microsoft Office, and text messaging systems (Required)
Customer Service:
