Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented MDS Assistant Coordinator - RN to join our team. In this vital role, you will assist the MDS Coordinator by coordinating and scheduling MDS and MDSQ assessments, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and facilitating accurate clinical documentation.
