Job Description

Job Overview New England Dermatology is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and caring professional to play a dynamic role in a growing dermatology practice. Responsibilities will include both administrative and clinical tasks, with the ability to multitask being crucial. Experience in the health care field is not necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greet and assist patients at the front desk in a friendly, professional manner
  • Update patient records and insurance while ensuring accuracy of information
  • Handle patient inquiries, registration and scheduling both in-person and over the phone
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and assist with medical office tasks as needed Qualifications
  • Dependable, communicative, patient, and respectful
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, proficiency in administrative tasks (including basic computer and phone systems) and great attention to detail
