For more than a century, we have provided residents with compassionate care, personalized support, nutritious meals, meaningful activities, and a welcoming place to call home. Job Summary Evergreen Place is seeking an experienced, organized, and resident-centered Administrator to oversee the facility's day-to-day operations. Reporting to the President & CEO, the Administrator will coordinate departmental operations, support regulatory compliance, oversee admissions and staff-development processes, and help ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality services. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who communicates effectively, follows through on responsibilities, and is comfortable balancing resident needs, staff support, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility and promote effective coordination among departments. Provide leadership and operational support to department managers and staff. Coordinate the admissions process, including inquiries, tours, application review, required assessments, admission documentation, and move-in planning. Support compliance with New Hampshire He-P 805 requirements and other applicable regulations, policies, and licensing standards. Monitor staff training, orientation, annual education, and competency requirements. Coordinate human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, performance management, and policy implementation. Promote positive communication with residents, families, staff, healthcare providers, and community partners. Respond to resident and family concerns professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up. Participate in quality improvement, incident review, emergency preparedness, and operational planning. Support the development and coordination of Evergreen's Masonic care and community-support initiatives. Serve as the facility's operational leader in the President & CEO's absence, within established authority and policies. Qualifications Previous leadership or management experience in assisted living, senior living, healthcare, or a related setting. Strong knowledge of facility operations, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and resident-centered service. Experience with admissions, employee training, human resources coordination, or healthcare administration. Excellent organizational, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain appropriate confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic recordkeeping or staff-training systems. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, human services, or a related field preferred; relevant education and leadership experience may be considered. Knowledge of New Hampshire assisted living regulations is strongly preferred.
